Thanks for the considerate reply.  You are right, &quot;hate&quot; is an overstatement.  I love the goal of cleaning up the environment but I think Jean&#039;s time could be better focused on &quot;version 2&quot; of this plan rather than trying to continue pushing version 1 which certainly has several bugs in it.  (I&#039;d be &lt;i&gt;less&lt;/i&gt; offended if she banned the sale of cheap beer cans, which seem to pollute road sides more than water bottles.)

This woman, Jean Hill is trying to draw attention to a major problem in this country and around the world. Have you seen The Story of Bottled Water? Please check it out online.  I am for this bill which I see as a beginning to help clean up the plastic trash we generate every day. I hope the we can continue to think of ways to eliminate trash so that your one year old can grow up on a clean planet.</description>
